By using densitymethod.com or by applying to, purchasing, or participating in any program offered by Lood Olibrice ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our programs.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or participate in any program.

Medical disclaimer

The Density Method provides fitness and performance training. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consult a qualified physician before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury or surgery, or take medication that affects exertion. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or any other concerning symptom. You assume all risk of injury from participation.

No guarantees

Results vary based on adherence, baseline fitness, recovery, nutrition, sleep, and many other factors outside our control. Any testimonials or examples reflect individual experience and are not a promise of similar results.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Density Method methodology, written material, videos, audio, programming, and branding, is owned by Lood Olibrice and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or use it to train competing programs without written permission.

Payments and refunds

Specific payment terms, cancellation rules, and refund policies for each program will be disclosed at the time of purchase and form part of these Terms by reference.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lood Olibrice and The Density Method are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any program. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
